OubaaLi rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.

2. Service Disclaimer (SMM Services)

OubaaLi is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any Instagram third-party partners in any way.

We do not guarantee that your new followers will interact with your profile. We simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.

We do not guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

Liabilities: OubaaLi is in no way liable for any account suspension, photo deletion, or content removal done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media platforms. You use our services at your own risk.

3. Orders and Delivery

Privacy: For SMM services, ensure your account is set to Public before placing an order. We cannot deliver to Private accounts. If an order is placed for a private account, we may not be able to refund it.

Double Ordering: Please do not place a second order for the same link while your first order is still running. This may cause delivery errors, and we will not be able to refund these orders.

Delivery Time: The estimated delivery speeds on our services are estimations, not guarantees. We will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long, provided the system is still working on them.

Digital Subscriptions: For subscription purchases (e.g., Streaming accounts, Software), delivery is usually immediate or within 24 hours. Changing the password or email of a provided shared account without authorization will void your warranty immediately.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refunds to Payment Method: Once a payment is made, you agree that you will not file a fraudulent dispute or chargeback against us for any reason. All deposits are final.

Balance Usage: If you wish to stop using our services, your remaining balance can be used to purchase other services on the site. We generally do not refund balance back to a bank account or PayPal unless under special circumstances approved by the administration.

Chargebacks: If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients' Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.

Order Cancellations: Orders placed in OubaaLi will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your OubaaLi account if the order is non-deliverable.

Data Usage: The private information (email, username) required to execute the requested services is kept strictly confidential.

Security: We do not store your credit card or payment information. All payments are processed through secured third-party gateways.
