By registering and making a payment on our website (https://oubaali.org/), you agree that you have read and fully understood the following Refund Policy.


1. General Balance Policy

No Refunds to Original Payment Method: Once a payment is made and the funds are added to your OubaaLi balance, there is no way to reverse it back to your bank account, PayPal, or crypto wallet. You must use your balance to purchase services within OubaaLi.


Refunds to Account Balance: If an order cannot be delivered due to a system error or server issue on our end, the cost of that order will be automatically or manually refunded to your OubaaLi account balance.


Chargebacks & Disputes: You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.


If you file a dispute or chargeback after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban your account from our site, and report your account details to other SMM panel providers.


2. SMM Services (Social Media Marketing)

Private Accounts: Please ensure your account is set to Public before ordering. We cannot refund orders placed for Private accounts.


Wrong Links: We are not responsible for orders placed with the wrong link. If the order status is "Completed" or "In Progress," no refund can be made.


Overlapping Orders: Do not place two different orders for the same link at the same time. This confuses the system. No refunds will be provided for these orders.


Drops & Refills: If you purchase a "No Refill" service, we cannot refill or refund if the followers/likes drop. For "Refill" guaranteed services, please use the Refill button or contact support if the button is not available.


Delivery Time: Speed of delivery is an estimation, not a guarantee. We cannot refund an order simply because it is taking longer than estimated, unless the order is stuck for an unreasonable amount of time (e.g., more than 72 hours without movement).


3. Digital Subscriptions (IPTV, Netflix, Software, etc.)

Non-Working Accounts: If a digital subscription you purchased stops working within the agreed warranty period, please contact support immediately.


Replacements: Our primary resolution is to provide a replacement account.


Refunds: If we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time (24-48 hours), the pro-rated value of the remaining subscription time will be refunded to your OubaaLi account balance.


4. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it is sent to the server instantly. Therefore, it is generally impossible to cancel an order once it is in "Processing" or "In Progress" status. If an order is cancellable, the funds will be returned to your OubaaLi balance.
